May 8, 2019 Minutes
Attendees: Rosemary Fudeman, Susan Deliddo, Phil O’Brien, Ginger Toll
- Meeting was convened at 2:47PM
- Minutes from the October, 2018 meeting were approved unanimously.
- Discuss need for a new chairperson. Rosemary nominated Phil O’Brien, motion was seconded and unanimous.
- Discuss the next iteration of the street listing. Ginger let the group know to expect it in early July.
- Ginger asked if someone else could step forward to take the minutes for future meetings. After some discussion, it was decided she would take the minutes for this meeting and we could decide in the future who might be able to take over.
- Responsibilities of the board was reviewed, and next steps discussed
- Ginger said that the State is changing their calendar format and will get that information to the group as soon as possible after town election and meeting.
- Board decided to meet again in January since there are no upcoming events.
- Board decided on January 7th at 3pm to meet, place TBD
- At that meeting discussion will take place about a voter drive
- Meeting was adjourned at 3:31PM
